Working in the Decoy and Illumination Flares Quality Assurance Department.  I was responsible for quality zone audits of the production process.  Daily responsibilities included the identification and segregation of nonconforming product.  I was responsible for the inspection and verification of flare components to blueprints, specifications and initiating Discrepancy Reports as necessary.  Identification and communication of quality issues to Operations Management and Quality Engineering.   I was responsible for the occasional quality support of the Safe and Arm Test for the Minuteman program at the Bacchus Facility.
